Initially the business was focussed on the domestic market, specialising in extensions of which we have completed over 100 projects around the Surrey and Berkshire area, including building renovations and structural alterations.

1992 was a landmark year for us with the completion of our first new build house. Since then we have successfully progressed to build and complete over 50 new build units, ranging from apartment blocks to individual houses. These were carried out either as a new development for general sale or for individual private clients.

Importantly during this time we have maintained our registration with the NHBC as an A1 builder and more recently with the LABC (Local Authority Building Control)

As the business owner, I am ultimately responsible that all works are carried out safely and correctly plus maintain our high building standards by meeting all local authorities building codes.
