Gaps between plasterboard at the ceiling and internal corners.
Expanding foam visible around pipes
Plasterboard has been patched in the corner of the ceiling, but not finished

Paintwork below standard, numerouse areas with no paint on at all

Vanity unit draw broken, the draw front appears to have been demaged when fitted, as there's signs of glue and silicon used to secure the draw front.

Head of doorway to hall has been made up of two pieces.

Surface boxes fitted instead of recess boxes, double box with cover plate fitted, but does seem to server any purpose.
