System is fitted with a pressurised hot water cylinder that needs 3bar of incoming water pressure, the incoming main is only 2.5bar of pressure

The system needs a secondary return, as the furthest hot tap is over 12m from the cylinder.
There is a pipe connected to the secondary return connection on the cylinder, but there is no pump or check value

Magnetic filter has been fitted to the return to the cylinder and not the heating system

The expansion vessel incorrectly fitted to the secondary return on the cylinder

There are some cold spots on the floor, would recommand having a thermal imaging firm in to detamin the routes of the pipes

Check values have not been fitted

Pipes have not been insulated.
Traps have not been fitted to the wastes within the garage
